My favorite slightly indulgent breakfast: Waffles, a dollop of plain Greek Yogurt on top along with Polaners Sugar Free Preserves.
I totally crashed this morning. I got up to send the boyfriend off to work at 6:30 AM and then I had this breakfast around 8:45 AM and started getting ready to go out. I laid in bed for a second ... which turned into a few hours because I woke up at 11 AM! I don't know why I was so tired - I am a little sore from working out, but I don't think I'm doing too much. Oh well - at least the day brightened up a bit and now I'm truly refreshed.
