The FabFindsUnder50 June Outfit Inspiration Calendar calls for a shirt dress today, and I pulled out the most versatile dress I own. I actually saw someone else wear this dress on their blog and went out and bought it. This is the first time I'm wearing it without anything else - it works great as a skirt as well, with the top covered up.

The lighting through the trees was doing all sorts of interesting things today in my pictures. And yup - the hair is covered again but the fro will make it's debut next week :-) I actually don't have on anything thrifted today - shocker.

And my go to summer bag which I've had for years makes it's 2010 summer debut.

I'm enjoying my time off from teaching, although I don't think I have enough adventures to show for it - I have somehow become a home body. I really want to explore the Hudson Valley more - there is so much outdoorsy stuff to do - so starting next week, I'm all about day trips to where-ever, by myself if necessary. For now, I'm off to a new thrift store to see what trinkets I might find.
