Details: Everything thrifted (except jewelry).

Get a load of my red boat shoes! I've had them forever, and the FabFindsUnder50 June Outfit Inspiration Calendar says, "Wear Bright Shoes to Match Your Outfit." Well, I put on some bright colors and then some bright shoes to match.

I had nowhere to go today and spent the day washing my hair and looking through pictures from the food blogger press trip I went on to Philadelphia over the weekend. I am so tired!

My shirt is actually pink (hard to see in some pictures because the lighting outside was so tricky today). Get a load of me looking straight at the camera for once. Ha!

But of course, that didn't happen too often.

The day actually started with my hair wrapped in a scarf. I thought it was tres cute till I looked at the photos. They were a few good shots, but the majority convinced me that I'm to never go outside of the house like that.

I spent the rest of the day preparing the lectures for my summer school classes. I HATE preparing lectures during the semester, so I make sure that I get everything done before hand. I'm teaching General Chemistry again, so I don't have that much to do since I've taught that for quite a few semesters now.

I'm stepping up my reading in the summer. I had a booklist at the beginning of the year - but the books are so damn boring. I took recommendations from NYTimes and a bunch of other places - B to the ORING! I am now just going strictly off what other people are reading and say they like. Hope you all had a good Monday.
