About the Title: It means that people who don't know much talk the most. If you ever hit the outside of a barrel, you'll notice that the empty ones make a loud hollow sound, while the full ones make a dull sound - hence the saying - another one of my Mom's favorites.

About the Title: "Trouble Nuh Set Like Rain," means that unlike bad weather, for which there are signs, you can't see trouble coming. My mom sure had a lot of sayings about getting in trouble!

Today it was such a challenge to incorporate belted animal print into my outfit as called for by the Fab Finds Under 50: March Inspiration Calendar. I only have 1 thing with animal print in it, a dress which is clearly meant for someone younger, shorter & a bit slimmer. Oh well, I tried a few different things and ended up with this look which I'm pretty pleased with.
