A. The Millennium Trilogy (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Played with Fire and The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets Nest), Stieg Larsson.

Q4. Favorite YA Series (completed)

A. The Hunger Games Trilogy, Suzanne Collins and The Vampire Academy Series, Richelle Mead.

Q5. Best book read that was outside of my comfort zone

The Devil & Sherlock Holmes: Tales of Murder, Madness & Obsession, David Grann and The Glass Castle, Jeanette Wells.

Q6. Book with an Ending that Caught Me By Surprise

A. Mister X, John Lutz and Don't Breathe a Word, Jennifer MacMahon.

Q7. Book everybody else loved but I didn't

Delirium The Evolution of Bruno Littlemore

Q10. Most memorable character in 2011?

A. Bruno from The Evolution of Bruno Littlemore - a talking, Shakespeare loving chimp, who got a nose-job, and got a woman (with a PhD) to fall in love with him - well ... we need to have a conversation.

Q11. Book read In 2011 that I would re-read in 2012

A. The Tiger's Wife, Tea Obreht - I thought it was just okay - but since it's won so many awards & is on many of the best of lists, I want to re-read it to see if I missed something, or mis-remember and maybe liked it more than I think I did.

Q12. Books I Didn't Get To In 2011 And Will Be the Number 1 Priority in 2012?

Divergent, Veronica Roth; Anna Dressed in Blood, Kendare Blake; The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer, Michelle Hodkin; and The Scorpio Races, Maggie Shiefvater.

Q13. Authors I read for the first time that I want to read more from

A. So many since I read more new (to me) authors that ones I'd read before, but the standouts include Kristin Cashore, Octavia Butler and Patrick Ness {see 10 Authors I Read in 2011 That I Want to Read More From in 2012}.

A. Goodreads.com - I love the community (especially the Seasonal Reading Challenge), keeping track of the books I read there, and for noting my thoughts on the books I've read. Also Booksumo.com - for checking out new releases.
