
Food is a big part of my life - I studied it, teach it and, of course, eat it (sometimes way too much of it). So consider this a weekly share of a salad (or soup or ... something healthy) that I'm loving at the moment - plus the book that currently has me hostage.
Escarole Apple and Bell Pepper Salad {Eating} and Feed by Mira Grant {Reading}
Consuming: Salad made with escarole (like lettuce, but a bit bitter), yellow bell peppers, carrots & thick sliced of apple. A sweet salad dressing is a MUST so Kraft Raspberry Vinaigarette went perfectly with this.

Reading: Feed by Mira Grant ... zombeees!!!! Ooh, it's good and so different - I like how bloggers are an integral part of the story.
Thinking: I'm loving watching the 2012 Olympics and wishing I was in London to watch it.

The blogging reference was what I loved most about Feed too. Do you really eat and read at the same time? I can't. I try, but I just end up spilling everything everywhere.
