What are some of your favorite moments, activities or things you enjoyed this month? My 5 faves this month include something old and something(s) new!
ONE+Tovolo Lid Lifters – I never knew such an item existed?! Did you? Why didn’t you tell me?! You just put one of the cute little silicone animals on a pot of rice, pasta or anything that has a tendency to boil over … and then you just put the cover on it. It … lifts the lid and no more boil over. Love it!
TWO+ Eufy 2K Battery Powered Doorbell and Eufy Camera 2C Pro – 2K resolution. I know I said in the past video doorbells are a waste of money in 4 Favorite Things Around the Home (I was pretty happy with the Honeywell Series 5 Wireless Doorbells.) … but I’ve succumbed to the hype. The Eufy Battery Powered Doorbell doesn’t need to be hooked into existing wires AND it does NOT require a monthly subscription. Plus, you can buy cameras from Eufy and view in the same app. Do you have a video doorbell? Or security cameras in or around your house?
THREE+ A mini-blog re-design using the Gutenverse theme and Elementor Pro. Still tweaking it, but a refresh is always so rejuvenating. What do you think?
FOUR+ Oster Blend-N-Go MyBlend Blender … a throwback from my 2015 Favorites but it’s still going strong – and I’ve been whipping up smoothies all summer.
FIVE+ The Vanishing Half, Brit Bennett. This book is just as good as everyone says! It’s the story of The Vignes twin sisters who grow up together in a small, southern black community. Ten years after running away at age sixteen, one sister lives with her black daughter in the same southern town she once tried to escape. The other secretly passes for white, and her white husband knows nothing of her past.
What was your favorite thing this month?
