My favorite flavor of this Dairy-Free, Organic, Gluten Free Protein Shake is French Vanilla – 180 calories, 11 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber and 6 grams of sugar.

I typically either drink a shake as a post-workout snack when I could eat everything in sight! I usually buy it at Wal-mart – 4pk for $6.98.
