We’re trying something new here at Girlxoxo.com and recommending products that we use and love. I’ve been using the JBL Everest Elite 700 Noise Cancelling Headphones for about 6 months now and I’ve found it’s worth the $$.
JBL Everest Elite 700 Noise Cancelling Headphones
Price: $199.95 @ Amazon.com
How I Got It: Purchased with my own $$
What made me buy it: I wanted a pair of noise cancelling headphones and it was cheaper than a few other highly recommended headphones; it’s also wireless – and so I took a leap of faith.
Primary Use: On flights. It cuts out the sound dramatically and really lulls me to sleep like a baby … actually, I almost always sleep on flights!
I also use it when I’m on the treadmill. I have small ears and earbuds tend to fall out, so I just go ahead and use these. No cord also means I won’t yank my phone out of the holder which happens.
And … listening to audiobooks around the house.
Pros: Battery life is very good. It folds; it’s wireless; sound is good enough for my uses; noise cancelling.
Cons: Some people may not like the “big headphones” look. Also, there is an app that it works with, so it’s probably best if you have a smartphone. I used the app to help with setup and haven’t bothered much with it since
I Wish: It came with a carrying case.

This is probably the most $$ I’ve spent on headphones, so I’m expecting it to last a long time. But #IRegretNothing – what’s the most you would (or you have) spent on headphones?
